1.6.5 Base URL Settings
Describes how to use the Base URL Setting tool.
The Base URL Setting tool in the Administration View, is used for a clinic that has developed a Resource System of their own and does not want to use the OSCAR Resource Server. This area would be used to point to a different resource directory system other than the OSCAR Resource System. e.g. http://www.oscarResource.org/resource/
